my feeling before and after i take public speaking

Public speaking is the process of speaking to a group of people in a structured, deliberate manner intended to inform, influence, or entertain the listeners. It is closely allied to "presenting", although the latter has more of a commercial connotation. Every person who made the speech would have a feeling before and after doing public speaking, including me.
The feeling I feel before I take public speaking is nervous. I want to feel nervous when speaking because I am not used to speaking in front of many audience. I also cannot concentrate on my speech when I speech in front audience.
After I take public speaking, my feeling is worried. I worry about the speech that I delivered to audience whether or not audience is satisfied. I also feel rapid heartbeats when I finish public speaking because that feeling always I have when feel worried.
That is about my feeling before and after I take public speaking. After I study public speaking, I knew the advantages of public speaking and I can feel the advantages.
